Opening 19 October and inspired by the famously opulent playground that was 1940s and 50s pre-revolution Havana, the re-imagined Quayside Bar at Tobacco Dock will evoke a time when rum cocktails, cigars, Cadillacs and unbridled glamour were the order of the day.
Last Nights of Havana will run for a limited number of nights between October 19th and May 2019. Ticket are best bought in advance, but will be available at the door.
Each night will feature amazing live cuban jazz mixed with some of London's top DJs, dancers and amazing cocktails.
Cuban-born Musical Director Oreste `Sambroso' Noda, the man behind London’s famous Sambroso Sambroso will lead the band nightly. The music at Last Nights Of Havana will draw inspiration from Cuba’s famous sounds, and combine them with a contemporary London soundtrack.
The nightly live band will pay homage to the soulful syncopation of Buena Vista Social Club, and as the night gets hotter and the tempo gets faster, DJs will play Latin-inflected beats, seamlessly mixed with cocktail bar and dancefloor favourites
A unique and inspired addition to London’s going out scene, Last Nights Of Havana will soon become the destination for those looking for great cocktails, great music and glamorous escapism like no other - from post work drinks and large groups to special occasions and dates with a difference.
Featuring the full Bacardi portfolio alongside a selection of unique bottles from the Caribbean, rum is undoubtedly the star at Last Nights Of Havana, however, a full bar offering will be available.
Delicious cuban street food and snacks will be available throughout the night.
